All workers must be paid at least the legally mandated minimum wage or the prevailing industry wage, whichever is higher, and provided with legally required benefits.

Safe Working Environment

Facilities must be structurally sound, with adequate lighting, ventilation, and access to clean water, sanitation, and emergency exits.

No Forced or Child Labor

We strictly prohibit the use of forced, bonded, or indentured labor, and no person under the age of 16 (or the local legal minimum) shall be employed.

Freedom of Association

Workers have the right to form and join trade unions and bargain collectively without fear of retaliation.

Non-Discrimination

Employment decisions must be based on a person's ability to do the job, not on personal characteristics or beliefs.
